David R Mann As a member of the Houston Center for Photography (HCP), I received from HCP certificates of completion in both camera based coursework and digital darkroom coursework. My work has been displayed in juried exhibitions at HCP. As a member, also, of the Houston Photographic Society (HPS), I received several first, second and third place ribbons for images submitted monthly and annually subject to review and critique by Houston photography professionals. Currently a member of the Dallas Camera Club, I received several first, second and third place honors for images submitted monthly and annually subject to review and critique by Dallas photography professionals. Photographic interests of mine have expanded to include formal portraits and environmental portraits of family, friends and others. I took on work, too, for two Houston companies to provide images of products for sale online. Creative pursuits include abstract photography, flower portraits, pyrotechnic photography, travel, landscape and garden photography.
